Why are there some Commentary Handbooks missing? Shouldn't there be 66 books?

Some of Chuck's commentaries combine books for the Bible into one commentary (e.g. Kings 1 & 2 in one study, Ezra & Nehemiah, and The Prophets of the Post Exile: Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi), resulting in 44 Commentaries. Therefore, as commentary handbooks have notes for the entire corresponding study, there are 44 Handbooks in total.

Chuck did re-record the commentary of Isaiah, the original using the King James, and the other using both the KJV and the ISV (International Standard Version). However, on reflection, the former study was considered a better study, but we still provide both versions as a download (totaling 45 files).

Numbering
We've labelled the commentary handbook files as 01_Genesis_Commentary_Handbook.pdf, 02_Exodus_Commentary_Handbook.pdf, 66_Revelation_ Commentary Hand book.pdf, etc so that they are easily sorted by appearance in the Bible. And as some books are combined in a study, it can appear that some numbers missing (like 10_, 12_, etc), but this is because some books are combined (e.g. 09_1-2_Samuel_Commentary_Handbook.pdf, 11_1-2_Kings_Commentary_Handbook.pdf, etc)
