If you forget your password, you can reset it. Make sure you are logged out of the store and go to the login page. You will notice a 'Forgot your password?' link. Click that and then enter in your email address in the field provided and click 'Submit'. You will receive an email shortly afterward with instructions to reset and enter a new password.
Please note, we have no access to customer passwords as they are encrypted so please do not contact customer service asking for your password. Customer Service will NEVER ask for your store password either.
